摘要
目的:对工艺卫生不合格情况进行统计分析,发现趋势性变化,制定相应的纠正预防措施,避免不合格的再次出现。方法:对2007年5月~2010年5月本站工艺卫生监测中出现的不合格按监测位置、监测月份进行统计分析。结果:不合格中以工作环境空气细菌超标为主,占不合格的80%(28/35),不合格多出现在每年5月~7月间。结论:本站工作环境空气及物表的消毒采用紫外线,当地的气候特点夏天雨水多,空气温度高,湿度大,影响了紫外线的消毒效果。建议从完善消毒灭菌制度,增加消毒设施,规范消毒剂的种类,加强人员培训等方面采取改进措施,以保证采供血环境的洁净。
Objective:Based on statistics of technological hygiene disqualification,we concluded the general trend and had corrective and preventive actions to avoid it.Methods: Gathering statistics of disqualification in technological hygiene monitoring based on position and month.Results: Over standard bacteria of air condition which often was found from May to July highlight the disqualification,it accounted for 80% of total disqualification(28/35).Conclusion: Too much rain,high temperature and high humidity in summer here effect on UV light disinfect which was used on air and surface disinfection in work condition.We suggest perfecting disinfect and sterilization system,adding facilities,regulating kinds of disinfectant strengthening personnel training to ensure clean blood collecting and supplying condition.
