摘要
目的:为了解江苏省食品中镉污染状况与趋势,明确可能的污染源,对各种食品中镉污染量进行监测分析。方法:依据卫生部《食品污染物监测计划》进行样品采集和处理,采用GB/T5009.15-2003《食品中镉的测定-GAAS法》检验。结果:2005年-2009共监测14类2074份食品中镉的含量,检出率64.4%;超标率7.3%。结论:镉污染普遍存在,不同种类的食品污染不同,对人体健康构成潜在危害。
Objective:By surveillance of the content of cadmium in food,to understand the situation and tendency of cadmium pollution and find pollution sources.Methods: The samples were collected and pre-treated according to National plan of food contaminants monitoring and cadmium content in food was determined by graphite furnace atomic in absorption spectrometry according to national standard method.Results: Cadmium in 2074 food samples of 14 kinds were monitored during the period 2005-2009.The results showed that the detection rate of 64.4%;excessive rate of 7.3%.Conclusion: Cadmium contamination in food is common but cadmium content is different among each kind food,suggesting potential harmful threats to human health.
