柳州地区10类食品中铅污染状况监测及评价

Monitoring and evaluation of lead pollution in ten types of food in Liuzhou

摘要 目的:通过连续、动态监测了解柳州市部分食品中铅的污染现状。方法:监测2006年-2009年柳州市粮食、茶叶等10类食品中铅污染状况,按照国家标准方法GB/T 5009-2003对样品进行前处理,采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定。结果:四年共检测10类食品样品铅273份,符合国家标准244份,合格率为89.4%。结论:各类食品中铅均有检出,说明存在不同程度的积累,应加强监测、管理。 Objective:To comprehend the heavy metals pollution that presented by lead in food of Liuzhou by continuous and dynamic monitoring.Methods: Monitoring the lead pollution of ten type of food such as grain and tea etc of Liuzhou in year 2006 to 2009.Samples′ prevention are according to GB/T 5009-2003 and determine by Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometer.Results: It has determined 273 samples of lead in ten type of food for four years.There are 244 samples of lead that results conform to the national standard,and the qualified rate is 89.4%.Conclusion: Ten types of food all have lead that have been determined.It is showed that the foods are different digress accumulation of lead.It should be enhanced to monitor and manage.
