秦皇岛市2010年暑期食品微生物污染结果分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的:为了解秦皇岛市销售的食品中致病菌污染状况,以便有针对性的开展食品卫生监督。方法:依据《2010年河北省食源性致病菌监测技术指南》为监测基础,抽取本市10类食品,进行10种微生物指标检测。结果:共抽取138份样品,检测出致病菌总阳性率为8.69%;生禽肉中沙门菌检出率为13.33%、单核细胞增生李斯特菌检出率为20.00%;水产品中副溶血性弧菌检出率为20.00%、创伤弧菌检出率为10.00%、单核细胞增生李斯特菌检出率为5.00%。结论:我市所出售的海产品、生禽肉等受到较严重污染,存在食品安全隐患潜,应加强其监督管理,防止食源性疾病暴发。 Objective:To understand the situation of pathogenic bacteria in food in Qinhuangdao,so as to carry out target-oriented food hygiene supervision.Methods: According to monitoring guideline of food-borne pathogenic bacteria in Hebei in 2010,sample 10 types of food and detect 10 kinds of bacteria.Results: The positive rate of pathogenic bacteria is 8.69% from 138 samples.The detection rate of salmonella is 13.33%,Listeria monoeytogenes 20.00% in raw poultry meat.The detection rate of Vibrio parahaemolyticus is 20.00%,Vibrio vulnificus 10.00%,Listeria monoeytogenes 5.00% in aquatic products.Conclusion: There were more serious contamination and potential food safety hazard in aquatic products and raw poultry meat,etc.Strengthen supervision and management to prevent food-borne diseases from outbreaking.
