上海市闵行区2001年-2010年居民户碘盐监测结果分析

Analysis of monitoring results of household Iodized salt In Minhang district of Shanghai from 2001 to 2010

目的:了解上海市闵行区居民户碘盐食用情况。方法:依据《上海市碘盐监测方案》对辖区内居民用户的碘盐进行随机抽查和判断。结果:2001年-2010年全区碘盐覆盖率93.55%,碘盐合格率97.67%,合格碘盐食用率91.37%。结论:职能部门应加大监督力度,保证群众能购买到合格碘盐,并对居民进行健康教育,使其认识到食用合格碘盐的重要性,科学补碘。

Objective：To know the taking iodized salt situation of household in Minhang District.Methods： To have the selective examination and judge of iodized salt for the people living in Minhang according to ＂Shanghai City iodized Salt Monitors Scheme ＂.Results： 2001-2010 annual entire district iodized salt coverage rates is 93.55%,the qualified rate of diodized salt is 97.67%,the rates of qualified iodized salt used for food is 91.37%.Conclusion： The functional departments should strengthen supervising,ensure that the people can buy qualified iodized salt,and they should carry out healthy education on the residents to make the people know the importance of taking qualified iodized salt to supply iodine correctly.
