摘要
对２５例闭角型青光眼患者血液流变学指标及红细胞膜流动性检测，并与对照组２５例比较。结果表明：闭角型青光眼患者红细胞压积、全血高、低切粘度均较对照组降低；血浆粘度、纤维蛋白原含量、血沉、血沉方程Ｋ值、红细胞刚性指数ＩＲ、聚集指数均较对照组增高，但均无统计学意义。闭角型青光眼患者的红细胞膜流动性下降，较对照组有极显著差异。
The hemorheology tests were conducted on patients with closeangle glaucoma as well as on the control group. Some abnormality can be seen in the data such as ESR and K etc . The membrane flu- idity was also detected by fluorescence polarization analysis. The membrane microviscosity of erythro- cytes increased in patients with cose-angle glaucoma as compared with the control group. (P <0.01)
