广西各级疾病预防控制中心实验室仪器设备配置状况分析

Status analysis on laboratory equipment collocation of all levels centers for disease control and prevention in Guangxi

目的:了解广西各级疾病预防控制中心仪器设备装备情况,为制定仪器设备装备规划提供科学依据。方法:制定调查表,对广西各级疾病预防控制中心仪器设备配置、最近5年设备资产值和投入等情况进行调查分析。结果:按照国家省、市、县三级疾病预防控制机构仪器设备配置标准,A、B、C三类仪器设备种类配置率省级分别为74.2%、63.6%、21.6%,市级分别为47.4%、43.8%、8.9%,县级分别为41.4%、34.3%、9.8%;数量配置率省级分别为73.0%、56.8%、23.5%,市级分别为40.7%、21.4%、8.4%,县级分别为34.3%、21.5%、9.4%。近5年,省、市、县三级仪器设备资产值均有明显增加;仪器设备购置经费投入,省级以财政经费为主,市、县级以自筹经费为主。结论:广西省、市、县三级疾病预防控制中心现有仪器设备种类和数量均达不到国家要求;市、县级设备配置中财政经费投入不足。

Objective：To understand the status of laboratory equipment collocation of all levels centers for disease prevention and control in Guangxi,so as to provide the scientific evidence for instituting the programming of laboratory equipment collocation.Methods： A special questionnaire was used to conduct general survey and analysis on laboratory equipment collocation,all assets of equipment and device investment in last five years for all levels centers of disease control and prevention in Guangxi.Results： According to the national standards for laboratory equipment collocation in disease control and prevention institutions,the rate of equipment collocation of A,B,C types were 74.2%,63.6% and 21.6% in provincial level,47.4%,43.8% and 8.9% in municipal levels,41.4%,34.3% and 9.8% in county levels,the rate of equipment collocation of A,B,C numbers were 73.0%,56.8% and 23.5% in provincial level,40.7%,21.4% and 8.4% in municipal levels,34.3%,21.5% and 9.4% in county levels.In last five years,all assets of equipment were increased evidently in three levels,the main mode of device investment were financial funds in provincial level and self-financing in municipal and county levels.Conclusion： The types and numbers of laboratory equipment collocation of all levels for disease control and prevention in Guangxi can not reach the state requirements,there is lacking in device investment by financial funds for centers for disease prevention and control in municipal and county levels.
