New Technology and New Material Promoted Coating Industry Going Forward in a Way of "Low-Carbon"

摘要 通过对国内外关于工业废弃物磷铁粉应用的试验结果与测试报告进行分析,利用磷铁粉替代锌粉以增强富锌涂料的防腐性能、降低成本,以实现低碳目标。并根据不同富锌涂料、不同的磷铁粉,探求最佳的加入量,可发挥磷铁粉的最大作用。 In this paper,by analyzing the experiment results and the testing reports at home and abroad of the applica-tion of ferrophosphrus which is an abandon material in industry,we realized the target of low-carbon by making use of fer-rophosphrus to take place zinc powder in order to increase the hardness property of zinc-rich coatings as well as reduce cost.At the same time,making full use of ferrophosphrus by exploring the optimal dosage according to different zinc-rich coatings and different ferrophosphrus.
