贵州黑马羊无角间性综合征座位的分子检测 被引量:5

Molecular detection on the polled intersex syndrome locus from hornless goats in Guizhou province

摘要 为了筛选出黑马羊羊群中对羊群有危害且无经济价值的无角间性羊,试验选取不同性状的羊只采用PCR分子标记技术进行检测,从大量的特异性PCR引物中选出可以进行筛选的1对引物。结果表明:以有角黑山羊和黑马羊基因组为模板,用该引物可扩增出413 bp的片段,无角间性羊样本没有扩增片段,因此能够有效区分无角间性羊样本。说明试验建立的检测方法可作为无角间性综合征(PIS)基因座位的分子标记。 To screen out the intersex goat without any economic value from the flock of hornless black goats,which is hazardous to sheep flock,the goats with different traits were chosen and tested by using PCR-based molecular markers.A pair of primers were screened from lots of different primers.The results showed that a fragment of 413 bp was amplified from the primers with the genomic DNA as templates based on the hornless black goats and horned goats,but the specimen of hornless intersex goats had no amplified fragment and could be distinguished from the others.This method can be applied to the PIS detection from embryos and newborn lambs as a molecular marker,accelerating the development for breeding and production of hornless goats.
