摘要
在干部教育培训机构对改革创新教学方式方法的探索中,情景模拟教学法日益引起强烈关注。文章基于中国浦东干部学院"媒体沟通情景模拟"课程广受认可的教学实践,对情景模拟教学法应用于干部教育培训展开思考和探讨。
Simulated pedagogy has attracted increasingly strong attention among cadre's training instiutions nowadays for its engaged undertaking on training method innovations.Based upon the well-acknowledged training practice of simulated media communication course in China Executive Leadership Academy Puding,as a lived practitioner,the author shows her theoretical analysis and practical concerns on this issue in this paper.She starts from introducing its four main procedures of the training practice,such as lecture beforehand,simulated context setting and trainees' preparation,on-site organizing,trainer's lived comments and interaction with trainees.Then reflections upon the practivce following behind,respecting cadres' experience and constructing the effective learning circle are two corner stones to support its successful practice.In the end,the paper emphasizes the emulation of teaching plan and the artistic feature of teaching as the two critically important segments in simulated training practice.
