农民专业合作社是我国解决"三农"问题,实现农村现代化的有效途径。农民专业合作社需要规范引导、科学发展,需要大批经营管理人才,需要高素质的社员。大力发展农民教育培训对农民专业合作社健康、可持续的发展至关重要。各级政府部门、社会相关单位以及农民专业合作社本身要认真分析发展现状,找准问题,加大投入,注重创新,建立健全农民专业合作社教育培训体系,改进农民合作教育培训的方法,完善教育培训内容,为我国彻底解决"三农"问题,构建和谐社会探索出一条现实可行的实施路径。
