摘要
介绍基于工作分解结构建立项目进度计划的一般方法,分析如何应用EVA(Earned Value Analysis)进行进度偏差测量,提出对进度监控中发现的不良偏差实施有效控制的具体方案。
The paper described the general method of establishing the project schedule based on the Work Breakdown Structure.Furthermore,the author analyze how to use the method of Earned Value Analysis to measure the deviation of project schedule and proposed a specific program to effectively control the negative deviation detected in schedule monitoring.
