摘要
根据矿石性质,对某高砷铜矿进行详细的选矿研究,针对该矿石砷含量高的特点利用石灰与漂白粉作为砷抑制剂,有效地解决了铜精矿中砷含量高的问题,同时还提高了铜品位,试验室获得铜精矿铜品位31.22%,铜回收率88.00%,砷含量0.17%,含银1333g/t,银回收率41.28%。
In this paper,certain high arsent-copper ore detailed laboratory test have been done.Study on the high arsenic-copper ore features and flotation process.Using lime+Ca(ClO)2 combined depressor,the result shows that the content of arsenic can be reduced to 0.17%,containing Cu 31.22% with recovery 88.00%,Ag 1333 g/t with recovery 41.28%.
