摘要
广州地铁5号线西村站主隧道施工时,其穿越的桥基发生不同程度沉降,虽曾对桥基进行顶升,但后续斜通道施工仍可能造成桥基沉降。考虑到桥基附近土层情况较差,采用袖阀管注浆加固桥基后再开挖隧道。指出袖阀管注浆加固施工工艺流程和技术要点,针对性地指出施工注意事项和冒浆、漏浆等特殊情况处理措施,并及时进行施工监测。结果证明,袖阀管注浆技术减少了施工对桥基周围土体的扰动,桥基沉降得到有效控制。
Different degree settlement of bridge piers occurs in construction of Xicun station of Guangzhou Subway Line 5.The bridge piers have been lifted during construction of main tunnel,however,they may settle during the subsequent excavation of passage tunnel.Considering poor bearing capacity of around soil,the foundation is reinforced with sleeve valve pipe grouting before passage tunnel excavating.The author introduces construction process and key technology of the reinforcement method,as well as attention points and treating measures of slurry leakage.The monitoring results show that the sleeve valve pipe grouting technology can reduce soil disturbance around bridge piers and the pier settlement is controlled effectively.
