水中加固运行中的冷却塔人字柱技术

摘要 双曲线冷却塔是火力发电厂关键设备之一,作为塔筒支撑结构的人字柱长期处于风振、高湿、高温等恶劣环境中,直接影响到冷却塔的安全和电厂的正常生产。人字柱的修补一般是在冷却塔停止运行,并抽干水池后,在干燥环境中实施。通过对常规加固方法进行对比分析,采用裂缝压力灌注、粘贴碳纤维布、增大截面法相结合的综合加固技术,成功实现了在湿作业条件下加固运行中的冷却塔人字柱。实践证明,该综合加固方法施工便捷、安全可靠、不影响电厂正常生产、经济效益可观。 Hyperbolic cooling tower is one of the key equipments for power plants.The herringbone column,as a tower supporting structure and keeping in harsh environment of wind-induced vibration,high temperature and humidity over a long period,will directly affect the safety of cooling towers and plant ’s regular production.Generally,patching of herringbone column is implemented in dry environment,the cooling tower stops running and the pool is drained out.Compared with routine reinforcement method,the new comprehensive reinforcement technology,which combines crack grouting pressure,carbon fiber cloth with enlarged cross section,successfully reinforces the herringbone column for cooling towers during operation in wet conditions.Practice has proved that the reinforcement method is convenient in operation,safety and reliable.It will bring considerable economic benefits,without affecting plant’s regular production.
