手掘式顶管基础托换技术在玉皇阁保护工程中的应用

摘要 以开封玉皇阁整体顶升保护工程为例,介绍了一种新颖的基础托换技术,其基本思路为:采用手掘式顶管技术缓慢将预制混凝土箱梁顶入建筑物下,逐步使上部结构坐落在一系列箱梁上,随后浇筑芯梁和联系梁,最终使建筑物坐落在一个整体性良好的"托盘"上。此外,给出了关键构件箱梁的设计原则、顶进系统的设计及相关计算方法,为砖石古建保护提供了一种新技术。 Taking the integral lift-up protection project of Kaifeng Jade Emperor Pavilion as an example,a new foundation underpinning technique is presented.Its basic idea is as follows:firstly,the precast concrete box girders are slowly jacked under the building by the manual pipe-jacking technique,so the structure sits gradually on the box girders;and then the core beams and the joining beams concrete is poured;consequently,the construction finally locates on a ‘platform’with good integrity.Moreover,the design principles of key member box girders,the design of jacking system and its related calculation methods are also proposed,and this method provides a new technique to the conservation of historical masonry buildings.
