摘要
《公路桥涵施工技术规范》JGJ041-2000规定灌注桩水下混凝土水泥用量不低于300kg/m3,而其他规范或工程中采用控制胶凝材料用量不低于300kg/m3。结合南水北调中线工程,对不同配合比混凝土进行试验,并进行技术经济比较。试验结果与工程实践均证明,采用控制胶凝材料用量的混凝土和易性与经济效果较好,混凝土强度满足要求,桩基完整。
Technical Specification for Construction of Highway Bridges and Culverts JTJ041-2000 indicates that the cement in underwater concrete of bored piles should be not less than 300kg /m3,while other specifications and projects control content of cementitious material.Based on middle line of South-to-north Water Transferring project,different mix proportions of concrete are tested,and technology and economy parameters of the concrete are compared.The test results and practice prove that controlling content of cementitious material can improve concrete workability and save cost,and concrete strength and pile quality match the requirements.
