摘要
介绍了巴基斯坦恰希玛C-2工程核电站安全壳钢衬里的构成,从筒体的分层、穹顶吊耳、钢衬里的制作安装、牛腿H形接头的焊接工艺及焊接检测等方面入手,论述了钢衬里制作的焊接优化施工技术,指出了C-2安全壳制作优化的基本特点和工艺,提出了防止焊接变形及缺陷的措施。结果表明,合理的优化设计与施工,保证了工程质量,降低了生产成本。
The composition of steel liner of containment in Chasima C-2 project of Pakistan is introduced.Based on the cylinder,liftinglug of dome,manufacture and installation of steel liner,welding process and detection of H-joint of bracket,the author expounds construction technology of welding optimization and shows basic characteristics and technique.Furthermore,measures to avoid welding deformation is proposed.The result shows that reasonable optimization and construction not only ensure construction quality but also reduce the cost.
