西部农村地区公共产品供给与居民消费相关性问题研究

A Research of Correlationship between Western Public Goods Supply and Rural Residents Consumption

我国西部农村地区存在着公共产品供给不足和居民消费不足的双重问题。本研究通过选取个案,利用柯布—道格拉斯函数求证了公共产品供给与农民消费的正相关关系,得出了增加农村公共产品的供给可以提高农民消费的结论。提出了应该提高西部公共产品的供给效率,增加西部农村准公共产品的有效供给,实现公共产品供给城乡均等化等政策建议。

Inadequate supply of public goods and consumption are two main problems in China＇s western rural areas.We have analysized the pulling effect of public goods to the private goods consumption.Using Cobb-Douglas function as a confirmation of the positive correlation between public goods supplying and rural consumption,we get the conclusion that increasing public goods supplying can improve the rural consumption.Based on this,we should improve the efficiency of public goods supplying,increase the supply of quasi-public goods in rural areas and achieve the equalization of supplying policy between urban and rural areas.
