以谵妄为首发症状的横纹肌溶解症二例 被引量：2

摘要 例1 患者男，15岁，因突发谵妄3d于2009年10月20日入院。患者3d前突然出现意识不清，躁动不安，不认识家人，无抽搐，发病前未诉肌肉疼痛无力，尿量及尿颜色均正常。入院体检：体温37．0℃，脉搏98次／min，呼吸18次／min，血压120／80mmHg（1mmHg=0．133kPa），心肺腹未见明显异常，谵妄状态，躁动，问诊不配合，双侧瞳孔等大等圆，对光反射灵敏，颈抗检查不配合，克、布氏征阴性。
