摘要
目的建立以反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC)测定痛经康口服液中丹酚酸B含量的方法。方法色谱柱为ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-乙腈-1.0%甲酸(31:10:59),流速为1.0ml/min,柱温为25℃,检测波长为286nm。结果丹酚酸B进样量在0.292～2.916μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=1);平均回收率为99.71%,RSD=1.18%。结论本法灵敏简便、重现性好、专属性强,可用于痛经康口服液的质量控制。
Objective To establish a reversed phase high-performance liquid chromatography （ RPHPLC） method for determination of salvianolic acid B in Tong Jing Kang oral liquid. Methods A ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18 （ 4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm） column was used with the mobile phase consisted of methanolacetonitrile-1. 0 % formic acid （ 31： 10： 59） at the flow rate of 1. 0 ml/min. The temperature of column was 25 ℃,and the detection wavelength was set at 286 nm. Results It showed a good linear relation between salvianolic acid B content and peak area at the range of 0. 117 ～ 1. 166 μg （ r = 1） ,and the average recovery rate was 99. 71 % ,RSD = 1. 18 % . Conclusion The RP-HPLC method for determination of salvianolic acid B content is simple,sensitive,reproducible and specific. The method can be used to control the quality of Tong Jing Kang oral liquid.
