颅脑损伤脑积水治疗分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨重型颅脑损伤后脑积水的治疗方法。方法根据82例重型颅脑损伤致脑积水患者临床表现、影像特点、分型采取不同的治疗方法。结果重型颅脑损伤合并脑积水为临床急危重症,需高度重视并及时正确治疗。结论正确掌握脑室外引流及脑室-腹腔分流指征、手术方法及并发症的预防可提高重型颅脑损伤救治效果。
