高三尖杉酯碱对青光眼滤过手术的影响

The effect of Homoharringtonine administration on human glaucoma filtering surgery

目的探讨高三尖杉酯碱对青光眼滤过手术的影响。方法１８个具有较差预后的青光眼滤过手术，分别于手术当日、术后第２、４、６、８、１０天，结膜下注射０．５ｍｌ（０．０１５ｍｇ）的中药提取物高三尖杉酯碱。选择类似的３１例青光眼滤过手术作为对照。平均随访３个月。结果用药组和对照组的成功率分别为８８．８９％、６１．２９％，其间有明显的差异性。而并发症的发生率无明显差异。

Objective To invest the effect of homoharringtonine on glaucoma filtering surgery.Method 18 eyes with poor filtering surgery prognoses were received subconjunctival 0.5 ml homoharringtonine (0.015mg) on operative day and postoperative 2、4、6、8、10 days respectively.31 eyes with poor ssurgery prognoses were considerd as control group.An average follow-up of 3 months.Results The success rates in the homoharringtonine group and the control group were 88.89% and 61.29% respectively.The difference of the complication between the two groups was not significant ( P >0 05).Conclusion Homoharringtonine can promote success rate of human filtering surgery and is safe to the human's eyes as our clinical dosage.
