眼睑基底细胞癌的手术切除及缺损即期修复

The excision and defect restoration for the patients with basal cell carcinoma of eyelid

目的探讨眼睑基底细胞癌的手术切除及缺损修复方法。方法采用冰冻控制下手术切除肿瘤，眼睑缺损应用“Ｏ－Ｚ”成形术、改良Ｃｕｔｌｅｒ－Ｂｅａｒｄ和Ｈｕｇｈｅｓ术等不同手术方式即期修复。结果１９例患者术后随访１～１０年，无一例复发，所有患者眼睑外形满意，睑裂形态接近正常。结论采用冰冻控制下手术切除眼睑基底细胞癌。

Objective To investigate the methods of the excision and defect restoration for the patients with basal cell carcinoma of eyelid.Methods The tumor was removed according to the frozen sections.Different methods such as “0 Z” plasty,modified Cutler-Beard plasty and Hughes plasty,were performed to repair the defect.Results The 19 patients were followed up one to ten years after operation.All patients were satisfied with the appearance and the from of the palpebral fissure neared the normal.No recurrence was observed.Conclusion The excision of the blepharal basal cell carcinoma according to the frozen sections and the prompt defect restoration during the operation were safe and feasible.
