中西医结合治疗老年慢性肾功能衰竭临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on treatment for senile chronic renal failure with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine

目的：观察中西医结合治疗老年慢性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效。方法：将６０例老年慢性肾功能衰竭患者随机分为中西医结合治疗组（３０例）和对照组（３０例）。中西医结合治疗组给予低蛋白饮食，应用必需氨基酸，口服百令胶囊和中药汤剂；对照组则采用低蛋白饮食，口服包醛氧化淀粉。观察治疗前后２组患者症状变化及血肌酐（ＳＣｒ）和肌酐清除率（ＣＣｒ）变化。结果：中西医结合治疗组总有效率８０％，对照组总有效率６０％，２组疗效比较有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。２组治疗后ＳＣｒ均下降，且中西医结合治疗组治疗前后比较有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）；ＣＣｒ均升高，中西医结合治疗组治疗前后比较有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）；对照组治疗前后ＳＣｒ、ＣＣｒ均无显著性差异。结论：中西医结合治疗老年慢性肾功能衰竭有较好的临床疗效。

Objective :To observe the clinically curative efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine (TCM WM) therapy on senile chronic renal failure (CRF). Methods :60 senile cases with CRF were randomly divided into integrated TCM WM therapy group (n=30) and control group (n=30).In integrated TCM WM therapy group the therapeutic methods included low protein diet,essential amino acids,and Bailing Capsule and decoction given orally,otherwise in control group low protein diet and aldehyde coated oxystarch given orally.The changes on symptoms,serum creatinine (SCr),and clearance rates of creatinine (CCr) were observed before and after therapy in two groups. Results :The total effective rate 80% in integrated TCM WM therapy group,total effective rate 60% in control group.In comparison between two groups the curative efficacy was significant difference (P<005).After therapy the concentrations of SCr were depressed in both two groups and in integrated TCM WM therapy group the difference was significant before and after therapy (P<005),meanwhile the CCr were elevated and in integrated TCM WM therapy group the difference was significant too (P<001).In control group before and after therapy there were no significant differences in SCr and CCr. Conclusions :The treatment with integrated TCM WM therapy for senile CRF possesses better clinically curative efficacy.
