摘要
利用CPLD对手轮控制式步进电机的手轮输出正交信号进行边缘提取(四细分)、方向识别,并提出"变频脉冲串倍频法",以八倍频为例,对边缘提取后的信号进行倍频。变频脉冲串倍频法不仅考虑倍频脉冲的频率,同时考虑脉冲数量准确,从而保证步进电机移动距离的精确。该倍频法通过延迟一个输入脉冲的变频脉冲序列输出实现。检验到一个输入脉冲时,不对其进行倍频,当下一个输入脉冲到来后,输出与前一个输入脉冲对应的倍频脉冲序列。倍频序列的脉冲间隔时间由两个输入脉冲的间隔时间来确定。为了防止输入脉冲被忽略的现象,倍频处理利用了队列。
Introduce the theory about phase discrimination,edge detection and multiplication of the handwheel-controlled stepper motor's grating input,based on CPLD.Multiplication uses 'variable frequency pulse sequence' multiple method.This method is for the number,not only in frequency,to ensure the precision of the motor.It achieves by delaying an input pulse.When an input pulse is detected,don't multiple immediately.If the later input pulse is detected,output the multiple sequence for the previous input pulse.The pulse interval time of the output multiple sequence is determined by the interval time between two input pulses.In order to prevent ignoring of input pulse,queue is used for frequency multiplication process.
