摘要
为了提高CTP机的打印速度和精度,设计了基于USB2.0和FPGA的高速数据通道。该数据通道由Lattice公司xp6FPGA控制,以USB芯片CY7C68013A为通信管道,64兆SDRAM为通道数据缓存,避免了数据流瓶颈现象,系统工作可靠性得到提高。该数据通道在2540DPI精度下能满足系统大数据量高速传输需求,实现了CTP高速高精度打印。
High-speed data channel based on USB2.0 and FPGA is designed to improve the printing velocity and precision of CTP system.Taking USB chip CY7C68013A as communication pipeline,and using 64M SDRAM as the channel data cache to avoid bottlenecks in data stream,the system,controlled by xp6 FPGA of lattice company,can realize high-speed data transmission,and work stably and reliably.With 2540 DPI precision,the system can realize high speed transmission of Large amounts of data,and print with high velocity and precision.
