摘要
从比表面积、筛余、粒度分布、粒径参数等方面研究了5种单体助磨剂对高阿利特硅酸盐水泥粉磨的作用效果,并且通过电阻率、水化热、XRD和SEM研究了助磨剂对水泥水化过程的影响.结果表明:各助磨剂均有较好的助磨效果,特别对粉磨后期水泥大颗粒作用比较明显;掺加助磨剂后水泥水化程度加深,从而有利水泥强度增长.
Effect of 5 kinds of grinding aids on grinding performance of Alite-rich Portland cement was studied hy determining specific surface area, sieve residue, particle size distribution and particle size parameters. The impact of grinding aids on cement hydration process was studied by resistivity, hydration heat, XRD and SEM. The results show that all grinding aids have good grinding effect, especially for large particle at late period. Grinding aids enhances the hydration degree of Alite-rich Portland cement leading to the increase of cement strength.
