泡沫沥青稳定碎石混合料疲劳特性的试验研究 被引量:12

摘要 采用应力控制模式疲劳试验,探讨了泡沫沥青稳定碎石混合料疲劳特性及其影响因素,分析了泡沫沥青、水泥和级配组成对该混合料疲劳特性的作用,比较了泡沫沥青稳定新集料混合料与泡沫沥青再生混合料、热拌沥青稳定碎石混合料的疲劳特性.结果表明:泡沫沥青和水泥对泡沫沥青稳定碎石混合料的疲劳寿命有着显著的影响;细级配组成有助于提高该类混合料的疲劳寿命;泡沫沥青稳定新集料混合料的疲劳寿命不低于泡沫沥青再生混合料,但是略低于同级配类型热拌沥青稳定碎石混合料的疲劳寿命. The fatigue characteristics of mixtures treated by foamed asphalt and factors influencing the fatigue characteristics were studied by the fatigue test of the stress-control model, and the role of foamed asphalt, cement and gradation compoposition in the fatigue characteristics of these mixtures were investigated. Then the fatigue characteristics of mixtures treated by foamed asphalt and the renewable mixture treated by foamed asphalt, and mixtures treated by hot asphalt were compared. The results of the study show that the fatigue life of the mixtures treated by foamed asphalt is affected by foamed asphalt and cement significantly, it is feasible to improve the fatigue life of mixtures treated by foamed asphalt by adopting fine- gradation. The fatigue life of above trial mixture is compared with that of two other types mixtures, the results show that the fatigue life of trial mixture is better than that of renewable mixture treated by foamed asphalt, but is slightly lower than that of HMA with same gradation.
