摘要
为了研究SBS改性沥青的温度敏感性,采用镇海基质沥青、星型SBS4303和SBS401、线型SBS1192和SBS503制备了6种SBS改性沥青.由针入度试验和动态剪切流变试验(DSR),得出各沥青不同温度下的针入度值、黏度值、针入度指数PI和黏温指数VTS,并分析了改性剂种类和改性剂剂量对SBS改性沥青PI和VTS的影响.结果表明,VTS比PI更能客观反映SBS改性沥青的温度敏感性,建议采用lg(lgη)-lgTK的开氏温标回归方法得到的VTS作为SBS改性沥青感温性指标比较适宜.
In order to research the temperature susceptibility of SBS modified asphalt, six types of modified asphalt binders were prepared with Zhenhai neat asphalt, radial SBS4303 and SBS401, linear SBS1192 and SBS503. The penetration, viscosity, penetration index(H) and viscosity temperature susceptibility(VTS) of all the asphalt binders were obtained through the penetration and dynamic shear rheology(DSR) tests. The influence of modifier types and dosages on the PI and VTS were investigated. The experiment results show that the VTS can reflect the temperature sensitivity of the SBS modified asphalts more objectively than the PI. It is appropriate to use VTS, which is obtained by the regression equation, as the temperature sensitivity index of the SBS modified asphalts.
