摘要 目的:观察CD44V6和MMP-9在舌癌(tongue squarnous cell carcinomas,TSCC)组织中的表达及其与临床病理因素和预后的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学PV9000法检测60例舌癌、21例转移淋巴结及15例癌旁正常组织中CD44V6和MMP-9的表达。结果:CD44V6在舌癌中的阳性表达率略低于癌旁组织,无显著意义;MMP-9在舌癌中的阳性表达率明显高于癌旁正常组织(P<0.05),并与舌癌的组织学分级呈正相关(P<0.05);在有颈淋巴结转移组中的舌癌组织CD44V6和MMP-9阳性表达率明显高于无颈淋巴结转移组(P<0.05);舌癌中CD44V6和MMP-9表达强阳性者有4例复发(5年内)。结论:CD44V6和MMP-9在舌癌组织中的表达与颈淋巴结转移密切相关,可作为评价舌癌颈淋巴结转移和预后的生物学指标。 Objective:To detect the expression of CD44v6/MMP-9in tongue squamous cell carcinomas.Methods:Immunohistochemical method(PV9000)was applied to examine the expression of CD44v6 and MMP-9 in 60 tongue squamous cell carcinoma,21 cervical lymph node metastasis and 15 normal tissue beside TSCC.Results:The expression of CD44v6 in TSCC was little lower than that in non-cancerous tissues,no significance.MMP-9 expression grade was significantly higher in TSCC than that in normal oral mucosa(P〈0.05).MMP-9with cervical lymphnode metastasis had higher expression than that of without lymph node metastasis(P〈0.05).Expression of CD44v6 and MMP-9 was positively correlated to the classify of tumor cells(P〈0.05).Strong positive expression of CD44v6 and MMP-9 in tongue had 4cases of recurrence(in 5years).Conclusion:The expressions of CD44V6 and MMP-9in TSCC is closely related to cervical lymph node metastasis,and it can be used as biological indicators to value TSCC cervical lymph node metastasis and prognosis.
