摘要
超过300万的英国居民患有慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD），但是其中有超过200万的患者没有得到确诊，这些人被称为是“失踪百万”，从而来影射政府对于COPD的策略方针。本文是英国国家卫生和临床医疗优化研究所（NICE）关于平稳慢性阻塞性肺疾病初级及次级医疗管理的最新建议的精要。是2004年NICE发布的COPD指南的更新。精要包括有关COPD最新诊断标准的囊要建议，气流受限严重程度分级的变化，
