ERP项目实施是一个动态,复杂,全面的过程,涉及到企业管理的方方面面,中国企业ERP项目实施也经历了一个较长的过程,项目实施的经验和教训比比皆是,然而项目实施的成功仍难得到根本保证,稍有不慎,企业投巨资建设的ERP系统很可能流水东逝,给企业造成巨大的损失和不必要的浪费.本文将就笔者实施ERP项目的经验和教训提出一些ERp项目实施中一些关键问题的意见和建议,以飨广大准备或已经建设了自身ERP系统的企业和企业管理人员.
