摘要
绩效考核管理是企业人力资源管理的核心,合理利用银行绩效考核系统,能充分调动工作人员的工作积极性,形成高效的团队.本文从银行绩效考核系统的概念出发,针对其特性,来提出如何设计银行的绩效考核系统,以及如何实现它在企业人力资源管理中的作用.
The performance appraisal management is the core of human resource management,rational use of bank performance appraisal system to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff, form a highly efficient team.This article fi:om the banking concept of performance appraisal systems for their properties,to propose how to design a bank's performance appraisal system,and how to implement it in the corporate human resource management role.
