摘要
在高校教师教育技术培训中,主讲教师拥有教育技术专业人员和培训师双重身份,其素质能力的高低与培训质量和培训效果有很大的关系.主讲教师应了解受训教师的特点,将教育技术专业人员和培训师应具备的素质能力有机融合,形成自身完善的素质能力结构.
In university teacher educational technical training,the lecture teachers have dual statuses educational technique specialists and trainers,their quality ability's height and the training quality and effect have the very big relations.Lecture teachers should understand the receiving training teachers'characteristic,and organically fuses educational technique specialists' and trainers' quality ability, form own perfect quality ability structure.
