摘要
椎管内淋巴瘤非常少见,仅占中枢神经系统淋巴瘤的4.8%,且一般发生于硬膜外,同时发生于硬膜内及髓内者更是罕见。近年来随着影像学的发展,椎管内淋巴瘤的报道逐渐增多。本文对近年来关于椎管内淋巴瘤影像诊断的研究进展有关文献综述如下。
The intraspinal lymphomas are not very common,which only account for 4.8% of lymphomas of central nervous system,and usually occur in epidural.The simultaneous occurrences in intraspinal and intramedullary are more rare.In recent years,with the development of imaging,the reports of intraspinal lymphomas become gradually increasing.This article reviews the advanced application of imaging in intraspinal lymphomas.
