中医药治疗病毒性外感热病的研究进展

Research progress of the treatment of viral exogenous febrile disease with TCM

中医药在治疗病毒性外感热病方面积累了丰富的经验。本文从理论溯源、病因病机、辨证论治及现代实验研究等方面对病毒性外感热病进行了全面阐述,认为中医药治疗病毒性外感热病有诸多优势,亦有不足,应在充分发挥其优势的同时,进一步加强科学研究,建立科学合理、切实可行的治疗病毒性外感热病的中医临床评价体系。

There has been rich experience in treating viral exogenous febrile disease with traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）. The authors expound the theories, etiology and pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation and treatment, and experimental study of viral exogenous febrile disease, and indicate that the treatment of viral exogenous febrile disease with TCM has its advantages and dis- advantages, so it is necessary to strengthen the scientific research and develop a scientific, reasonable and feasible TCM clinical evaluation system for the treatment of viral exogenous febrile disease while exerting the advantages of TCM.
