成人婴儿型肝脏血管内皮瘤一例报告 被引量：1

摘要 婴儿型肝脏血管内皮瘤（infantile hepatic hemangioendothelioma,IHHE）在成人甚为罕见.国外一组91例报道中仅有1例年满18岁[1],2001年国外文献报道1例56岁女性病人经手术切除证实为婴儿型肝血管内皮瘤[2].除此之外国内外再未见成人病例报道.我院2009年4月收治1例43岁的肝占位性病变女性病人,经手术切除病理证实为IHHE,现结合文献报告如下.
