前列腺癌中AGR2蛋白的表达及临床意义 被引量:4

Expression of AGR2 in prostate cancers and its clinicopathologic significance

摘要 目的探讨AGR2在前列腺癌中的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组化方法检测AGR2和AR在61例前列腺癌和33例良性前列腺增生症中的表达状况。结果 AGR2在前列腺癌中阳性率为68.9%,其在前列腺增生症中的阳性率为36.4%,两组中的差异有显著性(P<0.01)。前列腺癌中AGR2和AR的表达呈正相关(r=0.323,P=0.011)。AGR2与患者的临床分期、年龄、Gleason分级及术前患者血清的PSA及cPSA水平均无相关性(P>0.05)。结论 AGR2可能与前列腺癌的发生有关,该蛋白的表达可能受AR调控。 Purpose To investigate the expression of AGR2 protein in prostate cancers and its clinicopathologic significance.Methods AGR2 protein expression was assessed by immunohistochemistry in 61 cases of prostate cancer and 33 cases of beneign prostatic hyperplasia.The correlations between expression of AGR2 protein and clinicopathologic parameters were also analyzed in prostate carcinomas.Results The positive rates of AGR2 were 68.9% in prostate cancers,and 36.4% in beneign prostatic hyperplasia.The positive staining rates of AGR2 were significantly higher in prostate carcinomas than those in benign prostatic hyperplasia (P0.01),and there was significant correlation of staining of prostate carcinomas for AGR2 with AR status (r=0.323,P=0.011).But there was no significant correlation of carcinomas for AGR2 expression with preoperative serum PSA level and preoperative serum cPSA level (P0.05),and there was also no significant correlation of prostate carcinomas for AGR2 staining with patient age,Gleason grading,and clinical stage (P0.05).Conclusion AGR2 might be involved in the pathogenesis of prostate cancers and be regulated mainly by androgen receptors in prostate cancers.
