铝-锂合金薄板激光弯曲成形工艺参数的优化 被引量:3

Optimization of Process Parameters of Thin Aluminum-lithium Alloy Sheet Metal Laser Forming

摘要 激光弯曲成形是一种新型金属板材柔性成形方法。利用正交试验法理论对航空航天用铝-锂合金AA2090薄板激光弯曲成形进行试验设计和优化;通过对试验结果的计算和分析,得出四个与激光能量有关的工艺参数对铝-锂合金薄板激光弯曲成形影响的主次顺序为:激光功率、扫描速度、扫描次数、光斑直径;同时得出了最优工艺参数组合。对所得的最优工艺参数组合进行了试验验证。 Laser forming is a new sheet metal forming process. By means of the theory of orthogonal experimental design method, design of experiment and optimization were carried out on thin aerospace aluminum-lithium alloy AA2090 sheet metal laser forming. And through the calculation and analysis of the experiments, the following results were obtained: the effect of the four process parameters related to the energy of laser beam on bending angle were ranked in order of laser power, scan speed, number of scan and beam diameter. Furthermore, the optimum process parameters were obtained, and experiment verifications were carried out.
