摘要
介绍了一种采用高响应频率的探测器和数字存储示波器组成的全固态激光脉宽的测试系统,探讨了脉宽和脉冲重复频率的测试方法,具有灵敏度高、读数方便准确、波形可存储和数据处理方便等优点,满足纳秒级高重复频率全固态激光器件的频率、脉宽实时测量的需求。
This paper introduces a testing system comprising a high frequency responding detector and a digital storage oscilloscope to measure pulse width and pulse repetition frequency of solid-state lasers. This system has high sensitivity, easy and accurate readings, waveforms can he stored and data processing advantages of convenience, to meet the needs of real-time measurement of high repetition rate nanosecond solid-state laser device's frequency and pulse width.
