囊性脑膜瘤18例临床诊治分析 被引量：5

摘要 脑膜瘤是颅内最常见的良性肿瘤,起源于蛛网膜内皮细胞,占颅内原发肿瘤的13%～26%[1].典型的脑膜瘤通常为实质性肿块,在CT及MRI上具有特征性的影像学表现,其术前诊断相对容易[2].囊性变的脑膜瘤发生率很低,约占脑膜瘤的1.6%～10%[3],术前易于误诊为胶质瘤、转移癌、血管母细胞瘤等.囊性脑膜瘤术前诊断不易,有时即便术中诊断也是很困难的,需要术后病理进一步确实.
