The effect of methimazole and thyroxine on soluble interleukin-2 receptor in patients with Graves' dcisease.

摘要 目的研究他巴娃和甲状腺素对Graves’病患者sIL-2R的影响。方法将25例Graves’病(GD)患者外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)在不同浓度的他巴唑(MMI)和甲状腺素(T4)条件下进行体外培养,同时检测培养上清液及血浆sIL-2R水平并与血浆游离T2(FT3)和游离T4(FT4)作相关分析。结果GD患者血浆sIL-2R较正常对照明显升高(P<0.01),并与血浆FT3和FT4成正相关(分别为(P<0.05和P<0.01);GD患者PBMC培养上清sIL-2R较正常对照明显升高(P<0.01),10-5M的MMI可降低sIL-2R水平(P<0.01),T4体外对sIL-2R水平无明显影响(P>0.05)。结论GD患者存在免疫功能异常,MMI可调节GD患者免疫异常;T4体外对GD患者PBMC释放sIL-2R无影响。 Obiective To investigate the effect of methimazole and thyroxine on sIL--ZR inpatients with Graves' disease. Methods Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) isolated from25 Graves' desease (GD) patients were incubated with or without different concentrations of methimazole (MMI) and thyroxine (T4). The supernatant of culture was used for detecting soluble interleukine 2 receptor (sIL-2R). In the mean time the levels of sIL-2R in Patients' plasma were also detected. All the data were treated statistically by students test and analysis of linear correlation. Results The level of sIL-2R in GD patients 'was significantly higher than that in normal individualgroup and interrelated significantly with FT3 and FT4 (P<0. 05 and P<0. 01 respectively). Thelevel of sIL-2R in supernatant were significantly higher and MMI can decrease the level of sIL-2Rat 10u5M concentration (P<0. 01). Thyroxine had no effect on sIL- 2R in supernatant of GD patients (P>0.05). Conclusion There is immune function abnormality in GD patients and MMI mayturn this abnormality to relatively normality. But thyroxine has no effect on sIL-ZR secretion ofPBMC from GD patients in vitro.
