高血压病患者尿白蛋白排泄率观察及其相关因素探讨

Study of relationship between urinary albumin excretion rate and relative factors in hypertension

目的探讨高血压病患者尿白蛋白排泄率（ＡＥＲ）与相关因素关系。方法采用放射免疫法，测定７８例高血压病患者及６８例正常人的尿ＡＥＲ。结果高血压病患者的尿ＡＥＲ异常率与病程、血ＣＨ、ＴＧ、Ｃｒ水平、血压水平及视网膜动脉硬化程度比较是显著正相关。结论尿ＡＥＲ与高血压的血管病变常见的危险因素有关。

Obiective To study the relationship between urinary albumin excretion rate(AER) and some relative factors in hypertension. Methods Urinary AER of 78 hypertension patients and 68 normal people were determined by radioimmunoassay. Results The abnormality ofAER in hypertension patients had a notable positive correlation with the course of hypertension,serum cholesterol and triglyceride, blood pressure and arteriosclerosis of retina. Conclusion AERwas associated with the common risk factors which lead to angiopathy in hypertension.
