Semaphorin 4D在喉癌组织中表达及与血管生成、转移的关系 被引量:1

摘要 喉癌是常见的恶性肿瘤,近30年来其5年生存率无明显提高,主要原因是局部复发和转移。新近研究发现,轴突导向分子Semaphorin 4D(Sema 4D)能促进血管生成和细胞迁移,在诱导头颈部鳞状细胞癌(包括喉鳞状细胞癌)发生、发展和血管生成起重要作用,但Sema 4D在喉癌的表达尚未见报道。本研究通过检测Sema 4D、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及CD31在喉癌中的表达情况,并结合临床病理因素分析其意义,探讨Sema 4D在喉癌发生、血管生成和肿瘤转移中的作用。
