摘要
为进一步探索具有多组整体自应力模态的Kiewitt型索穹顶结构的施工成形技术,根据动力松弛法的思路,提出一种松弛索杆体系平衡形态的找形方法,进而设计加工了一个直径为5m的Kiewitt型索穹顶结构模型,模拟跟踪逐步张拉结构外圈斜索到原长的施工成形全过程。试验结果和理论分析基本吻合,表明理论分析方法的正确性及施工成形方案的可行性,同时验证了模型的设计加工是合理有效的。
In order to study the construction feasibility of this new type of Kiewitt dome structure,a new shape finding method for the solution to the equilibrium state of a slack cable-strut system was developed based on the principle of the dynamic relaxation method.Then a Kiewitt dome model with the diameter of 5.0m had been designed and made to simulate the construction procedure by pretensioning the outer diagonal cables to the designed length.The calculation and experiment results indicate that the proposed form-finding method and the construction schemes are accurate and reasonable,and the design of the model is effective.
