摘要
华星时代广场5层退台式大空间中庭封板采用钢框架压型钢板非组合楼盖的加层改造方案。结合现场施工条件,通过整体分析计算,着重探讨了结构加层方案的确定,提出了钢框架结构在改造工程中的运用,阐述了锚杆静压桩对原桩基础及承台的加固方法,介绍了已有混凝土梁柱及节点的补强措施,供类似项目设计参考使用。
The storey-adding transformation scheme by applying profiled steel-concrete non-composite floor slabs with steel frame was adopted in the large set-back model atrium of Huaxing Times Square.Combining with structure analysis and construction condition,the determination of structure storey-adding scheme was discussed,and the application of steel frame in transformation project was proposed.The strengthening method of original pile cap by using anchor jacked pile was also proposed.The reinforcement measures of original concrete beam,column and beam-column joints were introduced,which can be referenced in similar project design.
