摘要
通过工程实例,对《碳纤维片材加固混凝土结构技术规程》(CECS146:2003)和《混凝土结构加固设计规范》(GB50367—2006)中受弯构件正截面加固公式的适用范围进行分析,发现在考虑经济因素和安全因素影响的条件下,加固前构件的受拉钢筋配筋率较低的工程不适宜用碳纤维加固,应考虑采用其他方法进行加固。绘出了不同混凝土强度等级、可以用于碳纤维加固的受拉钢筋配筋率的适用范围参考图,供在实际工程中参考。
Through an example,the application range of the strengthing formulas of nomal section of flexural member in Technical specification for strengthening concrete structures with carbon fiber reinforced polymer laminate(CECS146:2003)and Design code for strengthening concrete structure(GB50367—2006)were discussed.The results show that the member of low reinforcement ratio is not suitable for strengthened by carbon fiber considering the economic and safety factors.The application range of the tensile reinforcement ratio suitable for carbon fiber reinforcement to different concrete strength grades was given for reference.
