摘要
回顾了奥氏体-贝氏体球墨铸铁于1960年代后期在我国诞生40年来,在理论研究、工艺技术和生产应用方面的进展。详细分析了球铁和钢中上、下贝氏体本质的差别及奥-贝球铁强韧化机制,介绍了对铸铁中石墨与金属基体G-M界面强韧化的新观点和笔者等研制奥-贝球铁锤头的经验。
This article reviewed the birth of austenite-bainite nodular-iron in China in the late 1960s.The research progress,technology and application were introduced.The essential differences of upper bainite and lower bainite and strengthening-toughening mechanism between the nodular-iron and steel were discussed in detail.The new ideas of the strengthening-toughening mechanism at the interface of graphite and metal substrate G-M in cast iron were introduced.The experience of the austenite-bainite nodular-iron hammer developed by the authors was presented.
