摘要
应用ABAQUS有限元分析软件,建立出辐射管加热热处理炉中钢板传热模型。通过有限元反向计算,并结合实际加热过程中黑匣子测温试验数据,获得加热过程中的复合换热系数经验方程。利用该有限元模型与方程,分别模拟钢板630℃与610℃回火加热过程,并根据仿真结果提出一种缩短回火时间的方法。
A heat transfer model between radiant tube heating furnace and steel plates was established by ABAQUS finite element analysis(FEA)software.By combination of finite element backward calculation and the experimental data of black-box temperature measurement,the empirical equations of the complex heat transfer coefficient was derived for heating furnace in the heating process.Based on the finite element model and equations,the tempering process at 630 ℃ and 610 ℃was simulated respectively.According to the simulation result,the possibility method to shorten tempering time was put forward.
